Recommendations on Assistive Devices for Support of Anoxic Brain Damage Patients The Global Ischemia Foundation is working on developing a list of assistive devices which would best be used for home care. Bringing a severely disabled patient home is very difficult but can be important to maintain a family. There are many devices such as a hoyer lift or simply proper specs on a wheelchair which can make this transition a bit easier. |
